Just playing devil's advocate here...We are in no position to judge where the problem is rooting from. Most immigration officers might have nothing to do with this. I found a letter on the internet that senior democratic senators from New York Massachusetts and other states wrote to DHS head about prioritizing N-400 over everything else. It's sh*t like that messed us up. The VSC guys are probably working their butts off day in and out. From my experience, working in a large org, the problem always (99% of the time) starts from the top.

Thank you all....Without VJ support particularly LOTO Laughs (jokes)I would not have made this far.That LAZY BOY(CRIS) took a long time to send me a email.... :lol::lol: ..Once Again I wish you all good luck in the Immigration process...Does Any one know link to Loto's NVC pilot guide???

08/28/08 I-864 package entered into NVC system

08/27/08 NVC accepted DS-3032 (But AVR does not say that)

08/28/08 IV bill generated ( still AVR does NOT say that) but online INVOICE says "NOT PAID"

08/28/08 IV bill paid online "IN PROCESS" status

08/29/08 IV bill "PAID" status (AVR says , they received DS3032)

08/29/08 DS-230 generated

09/02/08 DS-230 and required documents mailed

09/03/08 DS-230 form arrives at NVC per usps

I just received an e-mail confirmation today that both I-129F & 130 were approved :dance::dance: .Thank god ....at least VSC is alive doing something than nothing.Thank you all for your support ...........I wish you all good luck ...in getting approvals ....Now its time for me to search for LOTO ....to see how his PATIENCEPAIDOFF....LOL :yes::no:

congrats but if you're going forward with I129F I dont think there is much NVC process. The guide is just for immigrant visa if i'm not mistaken...
