i feel your pain...but, i still fail to understand why they were instructed not to talk to you??? have they flagged ur file?? if u dont mind sharing so folks here will b careful...

im not sure but i think i read something days ago that the supervisor has instructed his people not to give out anything or answer any questions regarding petitions anymore, all they would tell us is to be patient. thats so easy for them to say. how can we be patient when we dont even have an idea if they lost our papers ?

I know this is hard but i think that they are actually trying to get it together. Hang in there. I know that it's easier said than done but one day we will all look back at this and say whew.

They are incompetent, dont follow their own rules and dont give a #### about our petitions. Dont forget its just a job to them, we shouldnt expect more.

I know we shouldn't expext more but at least they can do their job right or do their job, simply!!!

They need to work, period.

i bet if someone stormed into vsc office during working hours, the employees would be sitting on their desks, with their feet up, cigarette on one hand, coffee in the other and watching tv

I'm tired of all this process. I'm getting depress also and loosing hope. I really hope that vsc start working on spouse visas cause the process doesn't end here. We have NVC tot ake care after that which i hope that will be quick.

I am so sick and tired of this country's new law about immigration: Illegal immigrants easily welcome and legal immigrants are welcome to wait abroad!

Ilya, the reason they dont want you to call is that its bad luck for them. they dont want to be bothered while theyre playing or eating or worst, chatting on their computers. they hate to have to stand up to answer phone calls.
