yes they are moving some cases to csc but i bet thats only because those papers have crammed up so much on their tables and they need to clear them out so they have more space for coke, pepsi or mocha latte. oh and not to mention, so they have space to play poker.

i called them three times so far. the first one was really friendly and very concerned, but gave me the canned response and then some. second time around, it was to the point, brief, but not rude. the last time, it was borderline rude, but yet I engaged him a friendly conversation.

note that in all attempts, I got nothing but canned responses, so I have incentive to call them anymore. In any case, we all should be expecting an approval in a month's time frame.

Illya, reehon - I am sure you both have tried the senator/congressman route? walk into their office one of these days and tell them that if you don't the approval soon, it will threaten your relationship (just to get their attention). make something up...truly, they should be paying attention to your cases.

the other hope that you guys should keep is the fact the processing times for VSC are surely going to change dramatically this month given the recent transfers and many K-3 approvals we saw yesterday and today. If your case falls outside of that processing time, I am sure they don't have a choice, but to look at your case.

in any case, i can only imagine your pain.

Check this out I called the Director of Immigration, and they couldnt locate my file. They told me to call VSC and asked me to ask them to physically pull it. I did, VSC guy told me "SIR I was instructed, not to speak with you anymore"

Listen to this one folks, I cancelled our petition 2 months ago. past few days touch, touch, touch, why?????????? and I have received no letter that they cancelled my petition after all this time. Wonder if I will get approval??, for cancelled petitions. Guess when VSC starts processing , they really process all petitions, valid ones and cancelled ones.

Hi Ilya, yes your right, VSC is wacko and probley approving my CANCELLED petition, that would be funny. Oh well, I will really confuse them again soon, we are re-filing in 2 weeks. trust me, almost of all us here have gotten a congressman involved, my husband asked his congressmans help but got the same canned answer from vsc
