Russia/Georgia conflict.

Could this whole incident be used to expedite my case?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Almost certainly no. Besides being Russian, what extenuating circumstances do you believe would be expedite-worthy in your case? Consider also that the official US position is that the Russians are the bad guys in this conflict, so it's doubtful they'll make any concessions for a Russian fiancee.

It's highly unlikely, even if it were to escalate somehow(?), that Russian fiance(e)s would be "evacuated" from Moscow. Strangely enough, even during wars, diplomatic affairs like visa processing often remain unchanged unless the embassy/consulate is shut down for safety reasons. It's also highly unlikely the embassy in Moscow will ever be shut down for any reason.

And it's highly unlikely they'll move any faster, war or no war.

Ensure your beneficiary makes and brings with them to the States a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination form)

If the government is going to force me to exercise my "right" to health care, then they better start requiring people to exercise their Right to Bear Arms. - "Where's my public option rifle?"
