scheduling interview

I am confused. My case left NVC on 5th this month. I talked to Grace 2x in Manila Embassy, she say hard copy not there yet. Do i have to wait for hard copy to arrive and file decoded to get interview date? It there an other way this is done? I talked to call center as well, ($18) and they show no case yet.

Advise? Keep Wait?

Wait at least a week or 10 days (from the day that NVC sent your papers to USEM) before calling USEM and don't waste your money in calling the Call Center without the USEM's advise that you can already schedule for an interview date.

USEM got our papers 6 days after NVC sent it and we were able to schedule our interview 3 days after they encoded our papers in their database. Good Luck

yes, you need to wait for the USEM to receive your papers and for them to encode it in their database before you can get a sched.

I was told that the package will only leave NVC once an interview date has been set.

Right atleast 10 days...Our papers left NVC Aug.18, USEM received it Aug.22,if not for a the Monday holiday we would be able to schedule the 28th instead of 29th and that's 10days.
