I applied for my wife an I130 and I!29F in August 2007. No response from the USCIS other than a response to my Senator that it was in Name Check, this was in March 2008.

I have two kids and wife is in UK and is a resident there not a Citizen. My both kids are US citizen and they were born in USA. she over stayed her visit visa by 11 months. I just want a decision on my case i guess be it an approval or rejection so i can take other decision or appeal it.

Any idea or suggestion what my next step should be. My name check was stuck for 4 years nearly and took a lawsuit to get that taken care of.

I don't like the Lawusit avenue but is there any other way ??

Thanx for the suggestions
