just join this forum. i have a Q about the hardship waiver, i married to usc in 2003, came to US in feb 2006 as a CR1, from the begining we both have problems but due to culture we stuck with each other for so long. we have a 3 ys old boy. we both were living in my inlaws house , last year 2007 dec, I moved to my apartment but my wife still living in her parrents house.Despite of our differences i'm still trying to make her agree to be together at least for our son future but she dont want it any more. I visits to see my son regularly. we both are seperated since last dec 2007. Then I filed alone as a hardship waiver to remove condition on my GC through consultation with a lawyer. I send documents that is enough to prove the ligitimacy of our marriage plus the factors of hardship waiver like my family wife n son both USC, my permanent job n the nature of my job as a research surgeon in research institute plus the Risks to my life im my counry if i'm deported such as the war like situation in my country n political crisis.

I want to know is there anyone being in same situation and already approved and how much are the chances of approval in my case. I filed this waiver cos we are not devorsed n will never go for it as its against our culture n also i'm sure that one day we will be together again.

thanks for any sugesstion.

humbly always.
