Delbros Hanging up and NSO shutting up

my fiance tried to call the embassy but it always busy.....so he decided to call the call center and ask about the DV, the cc agent said that EMbassy requested DV to NSO on July 15 and thats all!

I tried to call NSO this morning and a lady said call again later if i wanna follow up my DV. I asked my fiance to call NSO and they entertained his call and a guy (maybe it was Richard) asked him my Name, when i paid, and when Delbros forwarded the verification form to them. After a few mins of on hold, Richard said they sent out my DV result last friday. I hope he is not lying...... I still got my fingers crossed.....Iam so nervous with all this DV thing cuz my fiance will be with me on my interview and he can only stay in phils for 12 days......I already got ticket and we're planning to leave on Sept 2......

When is the best time to call Grace? We've been trying to call embassy and always cant get through......I told my fiance that i will try to call embassy again and he said Goodluck, it seems like there is no Grace and their line is always busy....

I called NSO today and was able to talked with Richard I asked him the status of my document verification, he asked for my complete and he put me on hold....so I waited for couple minutes then he came back and told me that

they sent it last week to USEM...to be honest I doubt it,LOL Hoping he is telling the truth!!Ahhhhhhhhh!

Call the embassy after a week, and ask Grace if your DV is back to them embassy yet. Michelle's DV is already back, and waiting on her interview.

Guys how many weeks or days the turn over time of the embassy to get a result of print your visa.?.Richard said my documents was sent back to the embassy already.

I texted delbros about my status but they said SHIPMENT PROCESS IN THE EMBASSY. I am worried right now coz my hubby is sick..If only I have my visa now, I can be able to takecare of him..I hate delbros and NSO and Embassy for this..It is too long..I am not complaining for the couple of weeks past but now my hubby is sick..For crying out loud, they should make their work faster...I've been waiting for almost a month now..And its too bad..
