Delbros Hanging up and NSO shutting up

Guys, what should I do? I called NSO today but they are hung up, connection error... : I am completely lost and mad. I am so tired of calling them.

Don't give up on calling them!!! Keep riding their a$$. It worked for me. Delbros sat on our DV for 8 days before I called and inquired. It went to NSO the next day then. After that I followed up with Richard at NSO as to whether they recieved them at first(checking to see if Delbros lied to me or not) . Then I followed up a week later to see if NSO had gotten them done yet. Richard told me yes, and that they were scheduled to be delivered to the embassy on fri 8-8-08. Today I called Grace at USEM to make sure that they did in fact arrive safely back at the embassy. She confirmed that they were there, and ready for my fiances interview. The people that just want to sit and wait for the agencies to do their job will be the same ones crying when they are stuck in AR waiting for their DV to be done. It's their choice, but I chose to be pro-active since I am returning for her interview, and want her to fly back home with me. Just my $.02, but being persistent seems to have paid off for me. We'll see for sure come interview time. Just remember to be polite, yet firm with these people.

they cant give status if hindi pa daw napapadala ng USEM (if the docs have not been sent by the USEM). i told them Delbros sent the documents for DV on July 25. Richard placed me on hold for a good 4 minutes now and still running....argh... but who knows it might be worth the wait.

he got back on the phone and he said, "ma'am in process pa din po yung status" (its still in process here)

i forgot to ask how long its still gonna take but at least somehow i know they're working on my papers. I'll call again later after lunch. I'll talk to PJ this time. I wanna make sure that they're not lying.

we have nothing to do..My fiance will follow-up my documents in the embassy since they will entertain more to UC than us pinays..thats too bad..but the hell I care..I need to have that now..My flight was cancelled due to this delayed..i just hope next week i have my visa...

glad to hear your documents were sent back to USEM. mine is still stuck in NSO! pray.... we waited long enough for everything to transpire. a few weeks wouldn't hurt that much. you'll get your visa soon. usually turn around time for the consular officer to review your docs is around 1-2 weeks that's what i've been told.

USEM have a lot of backlogs... extend your patience a lil more.

Delbros lied to us. They replied to my fiance's text as to when they forward his docs to NSO. They answered AUGUST 5. But when I called NSO, they told me that they dont have it yet..

Talking about NSO i just called the other day...I thought i dialed the wrong number when this woman answered the phone she should have said..."THANK YOU FOR CALLING NSO, HOW May I HELP YOU?

sabi lang "HELLO" kala ko residential line yung na dial ko.

tapos i've talked to PJ basta sabi lang nya it takes 1-4 weeks yung result.

wala na atang reliable na government agencies ngayon,puro delay lahat!

my fiance tried to call the embassy but it always busy.....so he decided to call the call center and ask about the DV, the cc agent said that EMbassy requested DV to NSO on July 15 and thats all!

I tried to call NSO this morning and a lady said call again later if i wanna follow up my DV. I asked my fiance to call NSO and they entertained his call and a guy (maybe it was Richard) asked him my Name, when i paid, and when Delbros forwarded the verification form to them. After a few mins of on hold, Richard said they sent out my DV result last friday. I hope he is not lying...... I still got my fingers crossed.....Iam so nervous with all this DV thing cuz my fiance will be with me on my interview and he can only stay in phils for 12 days......I already got ticket and we're planning to leave on Sept 2......

Call Grace of USEM @ 8:00 AM. it so easy to talk to her at that time.

Call Grace of USEM @ 8:00 AM. it so easy to talk to her at that time.

Hopefully gurl..Coz we been waiting for almost a month now..I had my interview last July 18, and next week is already August 18, for crying out loud..I am pissed off yes but I have nothing to do.. my fiance had a hard time to talk somebody in the embassy, he cant get through.. This is so hard..

Lets just hope and pray that it will be soon..I know there is a perfect time for everything..

I called NSO, they said that they saw my fiance's name on the transmittal list sent by DELBROS but its been crossed out... what would that mean?

I called delbros but they cant answer my question... they told me that we should need to send them a text again...

Speaking of the woman in the NSO my fiance was pissed off also the other day because this girl answered the phone and she doenst talk english..My fiance did not understand,and hung up the phone,tried again but still the same.He thought it was a residential..Too bad...Sinabi mo pa gurl...wala na talaga..ang akin kaya almost month na wala pa akong visa..kakainis as in..but have nothing to do but to wait and pray..
