1 - I'm not voting, cuz it depends. Abortion only for certain cases, not as a birth control method.

2 - Yes it should be legal, for those cases only, not because you're a 13 year old ####### that didn't use condom, someone that engages in unsafe sex and doesn't want to deal with the consequences, someone who doesn't do anything to prevent and thinks it's not the right time, or they're too young, not in good financial situation, etc, boohoo.

3 - No I wouldn't.

That's what's controversial here in Nicaragua, wheter is therapeutic [childgenetic abnormalities, with exposing the mother to disease (eclampsia)or may cause her death]...

How do you really know in a 3rd world country that doesn't have money to be perfoming the latest diagnoses methods on unborn that a mother is just not getting an abortion because the pill failed?

 I thought you were male? Is there something you want to share with us?

yes, yes, would have to be a very good reason for me to have one, i.e. no other choice like medical grounds, but I think everyone should have the right to make that dicision themselves based on their specific situation. I don't belive that a blanket ban, based on one groups moral opinions and beliefs, is the appropriate way to go. Just because I would or wouldn't do something doesn't mean someone else should be forced to do the same.

It all depends on the situation when you get unwanted pregnancy, at least for me.

Yes, legal, yes

I use the birth control pill. If I were to get pregnant by accident now, I would not want to keep it.

so you would use abortion as a birth control because your pill failed. That is sick. I am sorry. If you want to make sure and do not trust your pills, and do not want to get preggy, them make your man put on a rain coat.

It is simple, I don't care, It is murder. it is still living inside you. Also if you did not want it, give it up for adoption they are plently of couples who can't have kids would love to have it and give it a chance.

And that's fine for YOU....not everyone thinks in that way, including myself.
