Hello! I am wondering about the difference between a CR1 and a K3 visa? I have heard that VSC is no longer processing K3's. Is this true or are they just very slow in processing them? What are the price differences in CR1 and K3?

My wife and I have filled in our timeline so please review it if necessary and respond accordingly.

The way things are at "this" time there is no comparison. CRs are way BETTER. LOT cheaper in the long run also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Hi Mahitab thanks for adding us to your spreadsheet and the CR1 is a wise choice!

Absolutely go for the CR-1. It is better and cheaper.

"Waiting for the day when we can start enjoying our lives under one roof.....please bestow your blessings upon us dear God".
