Hello,

there is a number at the bottom of the different forms that you will recieve as well as the INS web site.

Once you get throuigh the automated responces, you will get a human who should be able to help

well I don't think so... I guess that you can send private messages... and from there VJ members will gladly help you if they can, give you their emails (maybe) phone, or even meet if you live close to them...

Many on here will tell you that the phone number you call will only be to a call center of sorts. Generally they won't have specific information regarding your case and sometimes give you wrong information. That's why most of us refer to it as the "misinformation" line. What information do you need that you cannot find here? The Guides are most helpful regarding how to fill out forms even including the instructions. There are also sample forms that show you specifically how to fill them out as well as what to submit with each form, if necessary. Not only that, there are seasoned members here as well that can generally give you very good advice.
