On DS-230 Part I form it ask question no. 10

'Permanent address where you intend to live in USA if known and also mention persons name presently living there'

And on the same form question no. 11 is

'Address in the USA where you want green card to be mailed?

This address should be same as we have mentioned on I-129F petition?

And Once beneficiary gets in to USA and if he/she change his choice of location to a different address than what they mentioned on I-129F and DS-230 part I form? is it ok or it is considered cheating ?

When they say permanent and also on reverse of this document it says your facts which you mention on this form will decide about issuance of visa...so please guide us ...

No, it won't be considered cheating but it will make everything more difficult because they need to know where you are at all times once you get here. If you put down one address on the DS-230 and then move once you arrive in the US, you need to let the USCIS know of your new address. Also, remember that the address you put down as your mailing address is the one they will use to mail your green card. If it changes, it will probably never get to you and you will have to pay extra money to have it replaced.

So my advice is to make sure you have the correct address with the USCIS so you can receive all correspondence from them once you arrive.
