When filling out the I-130 and G-325a's which address should I put as the petitioner...

My permanent address in the United States, or the Foreign address.

Also, we are going to be filing this Wednesday, August 13th, but we will be moving in with my husbands parents to save money before the big move............we will be moving in October 1st, so will will be changing addresses, will this become a problem? Can we just call and change the address when the time comes..........

Yep, use your foreign address. When you move, contact the embassy with the new address and politely bug them about it until you receive confirmation that they've received the new address.

US Immigration Timeline

-------------------------

24 Feb 2007 - Sent I-130 to London USCIS office (I'm the petitioner)

25 May 2007 - NOA2

2 June 2007 - Received Packet 3

12 Oct 2007 - Sent Packet 3 back by special delivery

5 Nov 2007 - Interview in London - Approved without any hitches!

7 Nov 2007 - Visa and MBE arrived by SMS! :)

30 Jan 2008 - Fly to Michigan!! :)

*Note: Any delays in our case are only due to us taking things slowly
