Timeline

It's been awhile since i have posted anything about my case. VERY INTENSE and tiring. Well i have a long history about my case. Allot has happened and we are still battling through this. I was assigned a biometrics appointment last month. I went and did the finger prints.

Now we are preparing for the most important paRt of the case. One me and my children are seeing a family counselor and building a hard ship case about our feelings about facing a third world country if I cannot bring my wife here. The therapist is writing a recommendation that it's not healthy for a American family to have to be living in another country because of my past relationship with a minor.

In the mean time i have to complete some evaluations to prove i pose no risk to any minor's or physical abuse to my wife. these will be a polygraph testing, sexual arousal testing and a full sexual history with a sex offender therapist. This all will be written into a final evaluation and given to my attorney to complete the wavier for a K-3 visa filing.

My case is very strong and more then likely will be approved if everything goes in my favor. My evaluations begin this month.

Allot is needed to fight this Adam Walsh act.

POSITIVITY IN MY CASE. .

1) FULL CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN

2) NO DOMESTIC HISTORY.

3) EVALUATIONS IN MY FAVOR BY LICENSED THERAPISTS.

4) MY WIFE WROTE A WRITTEN STATEMENT TO THE THERAPISTS SHE IS COMPLETELY AWARE OF MY CRIME'S.

5) I HAVE BUILT A GOOD MORAL CHARACTER BY WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION FROM SCHOOL TEACHERS, EMPLOYERS, AND CITIZEN'S IN THE COMMUNITY.

6) IN MY EVALUATIONS IT'S WRITTEN CLEARLY I POSE NO RISK TO MY WIFE.

THIS BUILDS A VERY STRONG CASE FOR ME , AND ALLOWS FOR MY CASE TO BE OVER TURNED IN A APPEAL PROCESS IF DENIED MY APPLICATION.

I will keep those updated on my case. A very god attorney representing me in this matter.
