Hello All, newbee here...i need help/suggestions, I applied for K1 (I-129f) visa for my fiance which got denied so I went to my wife's country and got married and applied for I-130 & I-129 last year in july, I also wrote to CSC that they should now cancell my old I-129f, it has been 13 months nothing has been done on my I-130 and I-129, i wrote and called several times...all CSC tells me that i have to wait, I finally wrote and called my congress people, they are suppose to be doing inquiry on my behalf...nothing yet, my question is has anyone here had similar situations with their applications taking that long? Please advice me what needs to be done, any help will be highly appreciated, Thanks to all and Good Luck !
