Does anyone else's AOS stuff seem just lost??

The more I think about it and see so many posts at least with some type of action..the weirder it seems! We have NO action on an AP application submitted more than 90 days ago..no touches on AOS and EAD since biometrics and EAD denied with infopass (we don't do that here???) Anyways I'm beginning to fear that our applications are lost or something, I have seen this happen to people in other threads...remembering last year one girl's K1 application being lost and finally she moved to the country of her fiancee or something....well anyways..Is this possible?? I may seem just ranting, but its just weird! We don't have a complicted case..never been married before each other, no police junk..husband is from a country with small numbers of immigration relative to other nations....we are just getting so frustrated seeing other cases filed after ours at least with a touch or 2 or 3...and here we are with nothing...

08 JUN 2006.....AP document recieved :)

09 JUN 2006.....regular EAD approval

14 JUN 2006.....regular EAD recieved in mail

22 JUL 2006......AOS and EAD (?) touched...moving along maybe? :)

21 AUG 2006....Recieved interview letter!

26 SEP 2006.....INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!

26 SEP 2006.....APPROVED WITH FLYING COLORS!

05 OCT 2006....Welcome letter recieved

11 OCT 2006....THE CARD ARRIVES!!!!!!!!!!

15 SEP 2008.....Sent for removal of conditions

24 SEP 2008.....NOA for removal of conditions

10 MAR 2009....Transferred from VSC to CSC

22 MAY 2009.....REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS APPROVED!!!!!! :) Citizenship here we come!

Loking at your timeline I would not say your case is lost.... after biometrics there is not very much activity until you go for intervew... sorry but you are not outside the normal waiting time for thing to happen... sit back relax and it will happen when it happens...

Your case isn't lost!! You have had biometrics done and touches.

My canadian friend up the road sent hers the same time as yours, end of Jan. Well she has not had any contact at all, no biometrics, no touches, nothing.

Copared to her, you have nothing to worry about.

August 30, 2005 - AOS, , AP applications mailed to Chicago Lockbox

September 9, 2005 - NOA's for AOS, AP, (dated Sept. 1)

November 28, 2005 - AOS biometrics - refused EAD biometrics at the same time

December 5, 2005 - AP approved

December 7, 2005 - Infopass appointment for interim EAD

December 12, 2005 - Received EAD card

December 13, 2005 - Received AP

June 14, 2005 - Case Status Inquiry/Tracer

June 19, 2005 - Letter sent to congressman

AOS INTERVIEW SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 8, 2006

AOS approved - August 8th, 2006 - hooray - done with USCIS for now!

GREENCARD RECEIVED - August 18, 2006

February 17, 2005--mailed in I 129F to CSC!

February 24, 2005--1st NOA

March 15, 2005--2nd NOA

April 11, 2005--Fiance receives Packet 3

May 19, 2005 Fax Checklist(Nigeria police report finally arrives)

June 6, 2005-- Interview Date!!!!Visa approved!!

June 18, 2005--Fiancee arrives in Hawaii!

August 14, 2005--wedding in Oregon

September 12, 2005--sent in AOS

September 20, 2005--1st NOA AOS

September 23, 2005--Walk-in biometrics completed

October 1, 2005--fingerprints received/processing resumed

November 26, 2005--EAD card received in mail

June 7, 2006--contact senators about AOS

June 28, 2006--senator says interview date is for August 14!!

August 14, 2006--AOS interview and 1 year wedding anniversary

I have to agree .... your application is not lost. Just hang in there, who knows why every individual case is held up or takes longer than others but just hang in there. I applied for my EAD last august and i just recieved a bio met appt. early april.

Yeah but at least you all have your EAD's and at least AP! I guess just hurry up and wait :(
