for I130's "left behind" at vsc

it seems that there have been cases transferred to csc, im wondering, has anyone called vsc and asked what happens to those I130 cases "left behind"? it looks like the cases that were transferred were 2007 fillers so im hoping the jan/feb 2008 fillers are now on top of the list at vsc unless they misplaced our papers again and piled new ones on top of it.

i filed late feb im thinking to give it a couple of week then inquire

i called them, but received no specific information. they gave the usual schpill about 'need to be patient', 'processing time on the website are correct' (which we they aren't), etc. The one positive news I got was the fact that they will use my I-130 received early March date for processing the K-3 application and not the late April date for I-129F.

Well, we all should be lined up for approval this month. It only makes sense and I think Vermont is beginning to make sense.

i hope so but im beginning to worry. if they say the processing times are correct, then they still have 5 more months to dilly dally till they touch our papers
