Hello Fellow VJers,

My children and I left the Philippines for USA on August 3 and arrived on August 3 :blink: . The plane landed at SEA-TAC Airport at around 7:40 PM pero kakaiba ang gabi dito. Hapon pa :blink: Ang tanghali ay parang early morning.

I am still adjusting to the environment 'coz I was used to hearing noises from jeepneys, tricycles, tricyboats and other vehicles outside our home in the Philippines. Kakaiba talaga. . .

Yes that'w how it is here. You can't lakwantsa everyday unless your home is within the city since there is no available public transportation here all the time.

to Wizardfitz, yes you're :thumbs: and you can take a cab 24/7. I am very much lucky to live here although the way of living is so expensive. I am nervous and scared to drive that is why in my 6 mos. of staying here i am not thinking of enrolling in a driving school although was urge already by hubby to go to a driving school . I just told him i enjoy calling a cab, take the bus or be on the train whenever want to go out on an ordinary days except Sat and Sunday where my he is at home that i do not spend a penny in going out as he drives for me wherever i want to go.
