09/25/08: Applied for Social Security card

10/06/08: Social Security card received

11/12/08: Marriage!!

03/21/09: Mailed AOS docs to Chicago

03/23/09: AOS packet received in Chicago

04/03/09: NOA1 Received (His Birthday!!)

04/17/09: Received notice that our case was transferred to CSC on 4/13/09

No she doesn't need another test. Make sure all her vaccinations are done or she at least had the first shot (since some vaccinations require a sequence of shots).

Biometrics notice received- July 14th (notice date- July 9th)

Biometrics Appointment- July 25th

Touch- July 25th

RFE response received by USCIS and case processing resumed- September 12th

Transfer to CSC- September 26th

EAD Touch- November 3rd- Approval notice sent (JEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZ RIGHT AFTER I WROTE THIS MY EAD CARD CAME IN MAIL!!!!!! I mean the Mailman brought it HOW WEIRD IS THAT???????????)

Med exam done outside the US has validity period. I think, it's 6 months. If its beyond that, you have to undergo the complete med exam again in the US.

Hi there its 1 year validity. After that one has to undergo the complete medical exam again :star:

Note:(based from the USCIS link above)

The results of the medical examination are generally valid for only 12 months. Applicants should schedule the medical examination as close as possible to the time they file for adjustment of status
