Hello out there! I called the NVC and spoke to a representative last week. The rep was extremely nice and helpful. She told me the Packet 4 had been mailed to my wife in Serbia on July 28 and our interview at the American Embassy in Belgrade is on September 30. My question for you folks who have had their Packet 4 mailed - how long does it take to arrive and do both the petitioner and the beneficiary each receive the identical Packet 4 information? Packet 4 contains the interview letter and forms for medical check up. I believe only the beneficiary receive it.

You can have the beneficiary call the consulate to find out whether they have mailed it. If the consulate is not too far, she may also ask whether she can pick up in person.

Thanks for your reply. Actually my Packet 4 arrived in the mail today!!! My wife has not received her packet 4 yet but it does not surprise me because mail to Serbia takes several weeks.

That is interesting. We filed K3 as well and the petitioner did not receive packet 4. Maybe different for different countries.
