When should I start to apply for the final green card, and how much is it going to cost?

I got my green card today but it's valid only for 2 years because me and my wife haven't been married for 2 years.

You apply to lift conditions 90 days before the expiry of your 2 yr card. It's all in the Guides.

Just to clarify... what you got is what's known as a "conditional green card/permanent resident card" - it is valid for two years. You will want to petition to lift conditions no sooner than 90 days before your expiration date. After that you will get a 10-year non-conditional card.
