I'm going to apply my psychic powers. When the USCIS processing times are updated next week, the I-129F date at VSC will be Feb. 17, 2008. Give or take one day. CSC will be the same.

I really like these stat pages, because it downloads the data from VJ every couple hours. So it is as accurate and as up to date as can be possible.

don't sweat it guys...just look at the list and it seems like many people that show as PENDING on visajourney are already approved and didn't bother to update their timeline....very selfish! Besides, given the load-balancing, it only makes sense that they start banging out these approvals soon.

what's wrong with me? why don't I ever give up hope?

Laugh. I agree. I figure the first 15-20 on the list waiting for K-3 approval are invalid. Also, I saw a few duplicates on there. So you can probably just subtract 20 from whatever number you are on the list. Another thing I find interesting, is that there is only like 20 people waiting for K-3 approval at CSC within the processing times.

Another thing. If you look at the K-3 processing times here on VJ, the I-129F NOA1 to NOA2 graphs are switched. By that I mean the graph for VSC is actually the data for CSC, and vise versa. I sent an email to captain ewok about it, but never heard anything back.

That's debatable...I mean VSC is processing 129F's faster, but not for K3s...for K1s instead. This was confirmed today by an immigration officer I spoke to at VSC. He told me that once you send in 129F, it's coupled with 130, which we all know, but is processed as if it were 130 and by 130 timelines...

It's really not debatable. According to the graphs for CSC, I-130 NOA1 to NOA2 processing times say 79 days, while I-129F processing times say 154 days. That's impossible, because for K-3 you're I-130 will never be approved before your I-129F. I agree they may approved at the same time, or within a day of each other, but the I-130 will not be approved 75 days before the I-129F.
