Send both I-864 and DS-230, NVC automatic answer machine said received DS-230 only

Hi all,

Have any one in my situation? My hub in US sent both DS-230 with all of my required civil documentaries and I-864 with all affadavit support documents but now they only said they received DS-230. Why? How come? It is all in one package? Did they missed it? Or different staff in charge of different type of ducument and sometimes one enter to the system quicker than the other one? I try to think logically but can not. Anyone may have answer? Manythank and cheer! :blink:

If you call again and speak to an actual customer service rep, they can tell you if they received the I-864 or not.

A possible reason would be that they are reviewing the AOS further. You can call and speak to a rep and check if they have received it. Goodluck.

My hub has just called them and they said they recieved all documents that we sent. She said that the automated answer machine and the staff who actual process the paper is totally different process in NVC??? The more I deal with NVC, the more frustrated became I am!

Hope no one in my situation. Cheer for the rest of everybody journey! :lol:

Well I am not exactly in the same situation, but we did sent both of our forms and support files the same day in different packages... They entered them into the system a couple of days later... Not RFE so far... Let's see when we get approved!!

Until today, the automated voice machine plays the same message and my hub in US could not get hold to any body at NVC. Is there any case that they lost half of your paper when you sent together in 1 package? I just dont understand any more...
