k-1 married 4 days before the 90 days working in my husbands business even my AED been expired last year of october 2007 AOS still not filed yet 'til now,have no ssn,no drivers license np insure, have no salary with him not giving money too,his business is building services, maintaining an industrial and commercial properties heavy work shall i say. is that legal?

If you have not filed for AOS and EAD the you are out of status and no you are not authorized to do any kind of emplyment even for free, if the job you are doing would normally be a paid job then you are working illegally. You need to file for your AOS and EAD so that you get back into status. If ICE were to do a check on your husbands company and found you working there you could be detained as you have no status to be here. If your husband is refusing to file for you then you need to seek help to protect yourself.
