Hello,

I am filling right now this form and have a couple more question about it.

1. For my daughter, who was entered with me on K-2 visa.

What is her status? How should I put i? CPR? On part 5 information about children.

2. Should we indicate my stepson, who is US citizen, or just my daughter who should remove conditions

3. My husband has russian first name and there are 2 different spelling of it (even in his official documents) and his american used name. So we are sending copy of statements and invoices and friend's letter with these three different names' spelling... ;-) on How could we indicate all these names. For me there is a room for my used names, but not for my hubby.

4. If my daughter is on the same I-751, how much we have to pay for this petition, for both of us? just $205?

Thank you very much

1. Yes. I would suggest putting "Conditional Permanent Resident since [date]" so they know she's eligible to lift conditions.

2. I don't think so, I think it's only the children that are yours biologically or adoptedly. I don't know for sure, but for most legal purposes stepchildren do not count as "your" child and I don't see why this would be different.

3. I would suggest whatever name you used for him on your AOS and on your K-1 visa application. What name is on his SS card? That would seem like a good bet to me ... or if he's a naturalized USC, then the name that's on his naturalization certificate.

4. I believe it's one fee for both of you, but when you get your NOA-1 you'll have to make an InfoPass appointment for her to get a passport stamp, because the NOA-1 will only have your name on it.

1. Doesn't her I-551 card have CF2 as status?

2. No Just daughter

3. What name is on the your marriage certificate or if he filed an I-129F what did he use as his name.

4. Just one filing fee if she is included on yours

Thank you very much.

"Doesn't her I-551 card have CF2 as status", where can I find it? On her GC?

The problem with his name, is following:

Of corse we will put his name as it is wrote on marriage certif etc.., but some invoices or statement we are sending have a wrong speling for his name, and all our friends and collegues call him with his american name, so we are sending certifyed letter with this name. Should be include all names?
