can someone help clear this MEDICAL/ Vacination question up for me?

My wife came her on a k-1 (along with her daughter.)

was she suppose to get copies of her medical documents or vaccination record to adjust status?

How do I provide proof of vaccination, if we don't have any documents?

It seems if I go to the Civil Surg. he will want to see proof.

they will need the vaccination record and if she doesn't have it most probably the original documents.

She also might have (that depends on doctors) to go through the whole exam again.

my advice : call all doctor in the area to spot the cheapest or the one most willing to listen because the price varies a lot from one to another

agree wih Melusine.However what you can do is go to the USCIS approved civil surgeon and ask him if you can take the vacconations from the state health department.That way it wd be cheaper. TDAP & MMR wd cost 6.5 each approx, dnt know about the new vaccination costs....though u need to sure whats in ur area.BUt of course they wd need to see earlier vaccination record.If you dnt have that then may be you have take all again. Thanks
