DS FORMS and other ??

Good morning !!!

SUch a lovely day and i tend to start it with a question ..hehehe..

Anyways,I am filling up DS forms and i know i will be needing 2 DS 156 (for me and my son),2 DS 157(to be validated) and 1 DS156k.My concerns are.......

1.Is'nt it that all forms have barcode?,for those forms i need for me and my son should it be different barcode?

2.CAn i pay at ANY BPI branches?

3.Is it ok for me to generate filled up ds forms online as many as i can depending on how often i make corrections on it(i hope i wont have any correction though)?

4.Just to clarify,me and my son ahould have different ds forms right?meaning one ds 156 bearing my son's name and 1 for me,right?

your son would need the same set for himself except DS156K.. meaning tig-dalawa talaga kayo ng copies NOT 1 for you and 1 for him.

1.What should i put on the status?Im annulled so should i put single(never married)???

2.Is it ok to put NCR instead of Metro manila ?where it ask state/province..I was born in Manila so it shud be NCR on the state /province right?

3.Q 18 .ASK FOR spouses full name(even if divorced or separated include maiden name?How did u answer this?

Please help for those who we're annulled..thnks
