It is interesting to see people's preconceptions laid out like that. Again its astonishing to me that people can be so far apart in terms of general vision - and so scathing on the other side in that regard. There's just no respect at all.

Representative Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota) says it has not escaped Democrats what the cost of gasoline and loss of jobs are doing to the country.

"This is their agenda," Bachmann states bluntly. "I know it is hard to believe, it's hard to fathom -- but this is 'mission accomplished' for them," she asserts. "They want Americans to take transit and move to the inner cities. They want Americans to move to the urban core, live in tenements, [and] take light rail to their government jobs. Do you believe that that's a genuine Democratic vision? Honestly, just when you think politics can't get any sillier, something like this makes the headlines. Yeah, the Dems want everyone to be clones, big Brother, communism in disguise. Not sure how the latte drinking SUV driving liberal elite fits into all this though - unless of course, yes, it's like the communist 'elite' they keep all the good stuff for themselves...loony left, yay!
