need your urgent advice

hi, i have my interview tomorrow morning so i was checking all my papers and realised that the new affidavit that my fiance brought today is on a different form. The first affidavit we sent to the embassy after packet 3 is on a form with the number OMB no.1615-0014, exp.04-30-07 and the new one (with a new and a better paying job) is on a form with the number of 1115-0062 (i guess it is an older version). So should i mention the new affidavit or keep it the way it is?

Many of the forms available on the Ankara Embassy website are not the latest version. I find this disconcerting, but I doubt they could blame anyone for using them.
