Questions are just the basic ones. It mostly focuses on the relationship and personal infos about the USC fiance. Submission of proofs of relationship depends on the consul. As much as possible, have her bring all those evidence (Don't print all of the emails or chat logs. You can just print a few emails/chat logs for each month). I was not asked for any evidence, so I can't answer if they do read letters. What I am sure of, they won't read all of the letters because that would take so much time for them to finish interviewing all of the applicants of the day.

Other evidence I can think of aside from email/chat logs:

Phone bills

Airline stubs

Hotel receipts

Pictures

Letters/Cards (sent thru snail mail)

Can't think of any additional proofs for now. Others can add.

Good luck
