:wow::wow::wow:I totally missed this thread or I would of posted a loooooonnnnng time ago.

Quiet Storm aka Robin...this is a terrible thing to have happened to you. I do not know all the details but I see that you are not just sitting there and are doing something about it.

For the first time I am actually SPEECHLESS...I REALLY DO NOT HAVE A COMMENT :unsure:

Further more I would just like to say to the rest of VJ...please refran from using abbreviations or symbols if the rest of us do not know what they mean. Or can someone (not me) start a Glossary list or something please? pretty please???

TIME LINE

09/2007 - Gathered all documents for I-129F petition.

11/09/2007 - Sent I-129F

11/21/2007 - Package sent back to me( I forgot to sign one of my G-325A forms) I cried my eyes out but sent it next day delivery back to USCIS.

11/27/2007 - Received NOA1

02/13/2008 - Received NOA2

02/20/2008 - Package left NVC

02/22/2008 - Case uploaded into Ghana consulate data system

04/08/2008 - Packet 3 & 4 sent to fiance

04/16/2008 - Packet 3 & 4 received by fiance

06/24/2008 - Interview date (God blessings on this day)

06/24/2008 - DENIED visa at interview

06/25/2008 - APPROVED visa at 2nd interview with senior consulate

06/27/2008 - Picked up VISA

07/03/2008 - Fiance entered USA at JFK POE & Got EAD Stamp in passport

07/18/2008 - Married

08/07/2008 - Mailed AOS application

I HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF GETTING PAID TO MARRY MY HUSBAND, THE FBI JUST CAME TO MY JOB WITH THIS BULLSHIT. I WANT TO KILL SOMEONE RIGHT NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLS ADVISE ME BEFORE I DO SOMETHING I WILL REGRET. :angry: :angry: :angry::dance:

They would have arrested you on the spot with a warrant if they had any evidence. I also find it odd that it was the FBI and not immigration. Something is not right here. They dont just show up and advise you they are accusing you.

Met in Medellin Colombia October 06

Was in Medellin 1 week every month for the the year

Married June 28th 07 Wedding in Bello ( applied for residence in Colombia, granted temporal residencia for 2 years.)

07/17/07 NOA1

03/24/08 Touched

03/24/08 Called

04/17/08 Touched

04/23/08 Called again

05/14/08 Approved Email notification

08/14/07 I129f sent

09/20/07 NOA1

05/14/08 Approved Email notification

04/24/08 Touched

Need the i129 approval

If it's something bigger than USCIS...the FBI will be involved. I've seen it with my own eyes.

I absolutely agree 100%. I find it odd that it was the FBI poking around and not ICE.

The FBI knows something...they right now have a lead to go on. I realize that you're unbelievably upset right now, but they wouldn't be coming to talk to you just because it was some little trivial detail. Good luck in dealing with this whole situation.
