Hi,I have completed AOS and have the two year green card for my wife. Now my work mate is in the process of bringing his Fiance out of China here to the USA.She will have her interveiw AUG-19th.My question is does she have to file the DS-156 and or DS-156k forms for her K1 interveiw. It has been a long time since my wife and I went through the process and I dont recall her doing those forms.I hope someone can help answer this for my friend,If not I may just try and find it in my wifes old files to see if indeed she had to file those forms.Oh yes this is my first day of membership to this site.Glad I found it Thanks.
