I really can't stand VSC, halting an entire type of petition, barely enough time to even continue bothering N400's and they are still eating TREMENDOUS LOADS OF IT... Somebody should kidnap their families for 9 months or so and see if they like it... and then ransom them like they do us.. and even go so far as to let them know that even though they waited all that time and paid the "ransom" i still might not let your family go...

Cant say I disagree.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Not one K3 NOA2 this week from VSC, and it's Thursday night. Not one. This is unreal. They haven't just slowed down... They stopped completely, unless you are K-1. Somehow they found the time to approve 7 K-1s this week.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

yes yes yes, i noticed that too. on mondays, it kinda gives me a flicker to hope to think that maybe just maybe they might start approve I130's for the week but then when thursday comes and nothing yet, it gets me depressed. especially fridays when i know that they have a whole weekend again to not work on anything. to say that its unbelievable is an understatement. ive been to the point that i feel nauseated each time i check the site
