Getting worried

Ok our NOA1 was October 2007, we got schedueled for an Interview in July and then it was cancelled and have heard nothing since.

Is it normal to be waiting this long....called our lawyer and they said they expect interview anytime now, although they have been saying that for a while now.

Also my Empl authorisation runs out in November, when should I start considering renewing that and how do I go about it?

You should apply to renew about 3 months before the expiration date so that you can get the new card before the old one expires.

Yeah you should've gone to your canceled interview as some people got denied for not showing up.

Sometimes people go to the canceled interview and there seems to be no record that it was canceled there so they have it anyway.

Sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing over there. I've read a couple times on VJ about people not showing up when they get a cancellation notice, to find out later their AOS is denied for failure to appear.

I'd definitely do an Infopass appointment ASAP.
