Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

personally, I think I am getting approved soon, since VSC is firing out K3s around my timeline recently. but good luck to both of us nonetheless.

from the approval patterns looks like vsc picks 1 or 2 days in a week and approves 3 to 4 cases.

that may not be neccessarily true...dont forget we may be just a very tiny fraction of people who have applied...a lot others who:

a) either dont care B) have their lawyers taking care of this process for them c) dont know how to use a computer d) dont know about VJ e) many other reasons that i cant think of...

so they may be approving or transfering many more applications about whom we either dont know or will never know.

FYI, I was NOT touched yesterday 8/13. I'm actually glad. Being touched every day seems odd and almost false. I suspect if I get touched again it will be for an RFE or approval. One or the other.

I agree...my last conversation with VSC was helpful as well. the officer mentioned, to my concern about my I-129F delaying my I-130, that the applications will processed based on the I-130 received date AND because it has a I-129F, it will take priority. He didn't mention priority over who, when, how or what. He used two words, 'priority' and 'expedite' regards what I-129F meant to them for my case. I am hopeful that in August I should see my approval if the pattern continues. Please remember that VJ probably doesn't even represent 1% of the spousal visa application that VSC processes. Statistically, this is a bad sample to go by.

however, read the forum, follow the timelines, contribute, use your own common sense and you probably can guesstimate your round about approval time-frame. this too, may or may not work... :whistle:
