I don't want to sound really disappoiting here, but since close to three weeks ago I got 11 touches in CSC. I am just saying sometimes I think these are fake.

I try to track these touches very closely and they are not at the same time. I mean not all of them are in the morning or afternoon. Once I got it 10 PM or Sunday 7:45 AM (before church) I read this thread about former USCIS Judicator but it doesn't make sense to get that many touches without any movement.

If anyone knows the hint please share.

Iran, huh? Could that have anything to do with it? You know the US government's stance on Iran right now. You might be being poked and proded by ppl for security reasons. Dunno.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Ilya, this puts you at the top of the list to be adjudicated in Vermont though... And actually, I could see them sending everyone up to January 17, 2008 to CA because doing so would even up both centers.

The real question is, will VSC begin to adjudicate I-130s from 2008 in the proper order now or will it continue to be all over the place if they do anything at all with I-130s? If their priority is still work visas, they should just continue to ship to CA. No use waiting until another bunch of people are so far behind it isn't funny to actually deal with the problem.

Just today got the email from CRIS that our I130 was transfered to CSC. Last activity was the famous (or infamous) dreaded touch of 02/24.

Someone else asked on this thread about what happens to the I129 filing. Does anyone know? Does it gets transfered to CSC? Stays in VSC? Separated? Assumed transfered with the I130?

And of course, we all eagerly await for the first one in this group to get approved. Please let us know when it happens so we can all go out and get drunk!
