I actully got notice on Saturday. I think this was done when our cases were recieved and hopefully placed into the system.

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Well good luck and God bless to each and everyone of you that got to go CSC. I am sure that your cases will be worked on quickly. I am happy for each one of you. I just hope that VSC does something instead of waiting for another back log and giving them to a service center that does something. :whistle:

My congressman's office called and left me a message and said that Vermont sent those of us who were way behind on processing to California so we can be processed faster. They've also put in a query to California so when they know something I'll let you know. I really didn't expect them to follow up with California like that. I'm impressed!

It was nice to get two notifications that our petition had been touched. My daughter said that what was actually received by California was an envelope that contains a notice that "this file has been lost". She's a stinker!! :P
