Cannleena, CONGRATULATIONS!!

Ilya, My Case is at NVC, but never in the AVR!!!

My husband received the DS-3032 Hardcopy in the mail, and the AVR does not have our information, but the Operators have.

i guess csc died, nothing new is coming out

..and to think i had my hopes up after being transfered. i know it early to expect mine considering there are transfers before me, but theirs no movement on anyone elses case either.. :(

yeah i thought i would at least get another touch in the last couple of days.... :( I am trying to be positive and maybe one day in the next week you, me, Phillip2 and waitingforever will all be approved the same day... :)

i didnt get a touch also the last few days, i was kinda expecting some feely today.

My case was received at NVC 9/3/2008 and I got my NVC Case number today using their automated voice system. :)

Sent I-130 to VT 25-Oct-2007

I-130 Moved to California 6-August-2008

My petition has been in 3 states (1, twice) in 9 months!

Rec'd by CSC 8/9, touched 8/11, 8/12, 8/15, 8/20, 8/25

Approved Tuesday, 25-August-2008

10 months since we mailed the petition

Rec'd NVC 9/3, Invoice Generated 9/10, DS-3032 emailed 9/11.

Rec'd AOS invoice 9/15, paid online 9/15, Accepted as Paid 9/18, mailed I-864EZ 9/19

Thanks Phillip, I was so surprised, I thought the 8/6 and 8/14 bunch would be approved first - so keep checking your case status because you just never know....

I am sure you will be approved in the next couple of days, maybe even check your email tonight... :)
