ok I am missing something... why did USCIS just transfer all these cases to CSC? I have been gone for a few days...

None of us know why. We think that they are trying to clear the back log.

That would make sense. Hopefully you all will be approved in a few days since technically, you all are past CSC processing timelines!!

Our I-130 was transfered yesterday to CA too..I originally mailed the petition November of 2007...recieved NOA end of January 2008 and had the very common touch on 2-24-08...I am assuming this means that they will be starting to work on all of our petitions ...let us all just hope they don't use a horse drawn carriage to get the files to CA !!

appears to me after quickly reviewing the spreadsheet that many applicats with NOA1 of jan and feb have been transfered to CSC. i am very much interested in seeing the dates that VSC posts next week. i think they r doin it so they can fight the backlog and so that its easy for them to answer those irate phone calls once they start posting those timelines...they r just watching their @$$..
