yeah I got touched yestweday and I don't think anybody in government works on a holiday. But what the heck them gremlins must love us since we have been in the system with them so long :dance::dance:

My case is still not available at NVC, :(

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Wait about 7 daysd from what I see before the case number and infroamtion is available to get. Plus the fact we had a holiday here Monday may slightly delay things.

i know i should but too much excitement pumping through my body! NVC is like a whole new experience!

Ilya, are you relying on AVR or checking with the operator?

I do not think AVR was updated this week (at least not for me), and it's always behind at least a few days.

Try calling and talking to the operator. It might not speed up the process, still will have to wait for 3032 and aos bill generation, but at least you'll feel better knowing you case # and that it's there.
