02/25/2008- NOA1 Received [shows 02/20/2008 receive date], Case status showing online

02/26/2008- Touched

08/26/2008- Transfered to CSC (received email, online)

CR-1/IR-1 Journey for Self

12th April 08 - Married in Australia

21st April 08 - Mailed off I-130 but with incorrect title on cheques

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)

2nd March 10 - Welcome to America Letter

hey guys,

it appears to me that folks with NOA1s as late as first week of March are getting transfered to CSC..this creates room for us early summer filers:)

Congrats to everyone who got approval today. Hope mine will also come in week or two. Rmusic

Congratulations for all the approvals today. I have been updating the transfers from VSC on this spreadsheet which was created by Shpat. He also got approved today. I will like if some1 else can also edit this spreadsheet after getting access from Shpaat. So far there have been 47 people from VSC to CSC transferred and 15 been approved. Still 2/3rd more to go. I think VSC has transferred all the cases until the first week of march trying to match 6 months timeline before the next months processing date that come out every 15th except this month.

For all you guys who were transferred on 8/22, has your status changed yet or is it still saying 'transferred to another facility'? I am guessing my file is sitting in a box at CSC waiting to be opened and officially received and scanned, or maybe it is still in transit - my last touch was 8/25.

If I understand you correctly than answer is, they only have been transferring I130 petitions no I129f. Also so far the cutoff has been seen is the first week of march of the NOA1 date of I130. And for some hope I have seen couple of cases getting approved today from VSC for K3 of feb/march NOA1 timeline. Good luck with your approval.

FINALLY got transeferred to CSC...yippee, my file hasn't gotten lost in the black hole LOL...now just to wait for approval... How long after transfer do you get approved?
