another touch today, come on come on!

Congrats to everyone who is getting approved!!!!

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

They received our case the last week of January, and our NOA1 was dated the second week of February. It was at Vermont, and the one and only 'touch' stood all spring and summer at 2/24/08.

I returned home yesterday from a camping trip with the boys in the Adirondacks absolutely pickled, and my veil of blurry stupor was lifted by an email informing me that we'd been transferred to California. This Monday morning, it was touched again- not getting my hopes too high for these incompetent clowns, but it can't be a bad thing...

At least you know that they have your case and it is not rotting in the garbage somewhere! Good luck to ya!
