What day did they receive your petition? Your NOA1 is later than the Cali processing date but I was hoping that they were using received date to determine who moved to California.

I'm thinking you're still likely to get transfered. They've been transering others over the past week. You may end up with us. I'll be pulling for you!

People after me filed are tranferred already, i'm left behind for misery.

Reehon, i do believe you will get transferred soon or something will happen soon.

got another touch...

come on approvals!

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Is there a way that I can see a list of my touches? Because all I see is one date there. I have been off line for 3 months traveling and besides being transferred to Cali I wander if I have had any touches.

The date you see is the last touch you got.

As long as we are getting so excited about approvals getting near after these transfers, I want to start getting ready for the next step. I guess that approval means that all the paper work was accepted, what would be our next move???

I did call a friend that works for Homeland Security and (no help what so ever if thinking about inside help), and she said that because I am retired and collecting Social Security, that I would have to do lots of paperwork and affidavits with lawyers.

Anyone out there that can help me understand what would I need so I can start getting ready???

Maybe there is a thread or something in this site explaining paperwork etc for retired husbands trying for wife's visa.
