CJ Vasani - i dont think ur approval is too far either.

if u may have noticed we havent seen any real approvals from VSC in quite a few days...so i have a feeling that an approval breeze is on its way...i feel things will speed after the long weekend...its the "Calm before the storm"

2008-09-04 : I-130 NOA2 (Approved) Your I-130 was approved in 286 days from your filing date.

2008-09-05: Touched again

2008-09-09: I-130 NOA2 (hardcopy received)

2008-09-09 : NVC Received and Case Number Assigned

2008-09-16 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2008-09-17: DS-3032 sent (by USPS and email)

2008-09-20: IIN received in Mail

2008-09-20 : AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

I got a touch email today. It took 7 days for the case to travel from VSC to CSC apparently... :rolleyes:

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. ...

Hey could you update the status of shrewdgal in the spreadsheet since she got approved yesterday. I am talking about this link for updates:

Although I am K3 filer from CSC but I think all of our cases will be on hold until the backlog of transferred cases from VSC get cleared. Atleast seeing you guys get approved will give us hope of us getting the line shorter. :thumbs:

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)
