I've always been a morning person so I'm glad that California figured that out. ;-)

My congressman's office called today but didn't leave a message on my cell and they called my home but my youngest answered and asked them to call back later. Guess I'll give them a ring and find out if they know anything more. Seems coincident with the touch so perhaps the touch was just their inquiry. Gotta love Congressman Hall's office though -- this is the 3rd time they've called me on this matter.

Someone touched me today, and it wasnt my wife!!

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

This ought to make your head spin. I have seen 3 or 4 cases like this. They have approved the I-130 so fast, that they didn't get time to file the I-129F for a K-3. Now they are "stuck" going CR-1 route.

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)
