i recieved my visa today but expiration date is 8 sep 2008 and i just recieved it what is that mean

it was issued 5 aug 2008 so what is that mean?

any help plz?

i thought its 3 month's

It supposed to be valid for 6 months not for 3 months

once the visa was issued on aug 5 2008 so it supposed to expire on 4 feb 2009 i guess

so maybe they print it wrong you should call the USA embassy and ask them about that .

Six months for most or two years for a K3. The OP has apparently applied for an N/A visa from N/A country. It would help to clear up which visa is in hand.

Hello everyone.......we got our visa also. Yeahhhhhhhhhh! Our visa is dated exactly the same as yours. We spoke to our attorney and he said it is correct. Egypt is getting more strict in their timing. You have to use this time to fly here before the expiration date(sept. 8). Once you arrive in the states airport, they will stamp your visa for 90 days stay. THEN....you must get married and get your soc. security, EAD and all that before 90 days is done. So...you should be fine. We were so confused.So ,what a releif it's ok. We are happy for your news.Prayers and patience to those waiting and just beginning your journey. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. :dance:
