Nothing to thank me for! I understand your reason for panicking, but sometimes when you have no control over the situation anyways, it isn't worth the stress (as you found out). Here's hoping for a speedy "case complete" notice for you!

You know Przy, I like your timeline specially the last part, I am wishing my case can be completed in a week after today (just entered into the system) like yours and maybe we (my husband and I) can still catch September Interviews in Nicaragua (although I don't think there are too many Nicaraguans applying for CR1, I know a few that applied and already got their K1) but still I heard that NVC set up the interviews of the next month in the first 2 weeks of the past month (how true is that?)

That's what I was told by the operators (regarding interview scheduling)... in addition to that, everyone here seems to be receiving their interview dates within the first 2 weeks of every month. I am pretty sure it's accurate. You probably have a good chance of getting a September interview date.

So I read the other thread - and if I am understanding you correctly, after submitting with the coversheet from James' shortcuts you sent another different copy via fedex?

I hope you get through NVC really soon. Sometimes it's not a good idea to send additional submittals without them requesting them - probably won't be a problem but anyway Good luck!

Just to add to this, the operators at NVC all (mostly) say that interviews are scheduled in the first two weeks. This isn't true actually. Many in the Canada forum have called in the 3rd week and found out their interview date, despite being told scheduling was finished the previous week.

It's just something the operators say....if you get a helpful one they will actually look to see if the embassy has finished scheduling for the month - it's always a good idea to call at the end of the third week anyway...just to check.
