I don't know what to fell right now....angry?? Frustrated?? I just don't know. :unsure:

Atif and I had our AOS interview last August 1st, and were told that she would hae our decision within 60-90 days...now more than a year later we arae still waiting. :angry: I know that there are others here before me that had a longer waiting period...PLEASE give me some advise on being calm and how you handled the BS.

09 Feb '07-received denial of AOS--#######??!! MTR filed--Interview-01 Aug 07

27 Sept '07-I-765 [#2] filed--14 Nov '07 Biomerics for I-765 [#2]

Take it from me....GO TO THE AOS INTERVIEW DATE ANYWAY!!!!! EVEN IF YOU GET THE SNAIL MAIL NOTICE!!!

August 2009--Permanent Resident Card arrives!!!!

We are Finished with Immigration for 10 years!!!!

Hi there sorry to hear that. I dont know what to tell you but i know your frustrations. My husband and I waited for 1 and a half year for my k-1 visa to be approved. And now that we're in the AOS process I still have that anxiety that it might take that long again.Oh and btw my husband ask help to his congressman then with our k-1 process...bless you

Oct 14, 2008---EAD1 CARD ARRIVES! Approval date is Oct. 2, 2008

Dec 10, 2008---INTERVIEW DAY! APPROVED!!!

Dec 17, 2008---WELCOME NOTICE RECEIVED

Jan 9, 2009---CARD RECEIVED FINALLY! Approval date 12-10-08..expires on 12-10-10

Hello Mary,

Me and Nadia have been waiting since Feb 2007 for a decision. We had an interview in feb of 07. I-130 pending since sept 06. contacted senators / congressmen / ombudsman.. no use.. I would recommend consult an experienced.. really experienced lawyer.. thats what I am doing..
