Why is it this Republican Congress has had troubles with sex scandals, yet we have an executive branch with the name "Bush" and "#######"?

It's turning any combination of two events to mean something even though they are clearly not related.

Basically, Barack having the middle name "Hussein" means something only if you're a complete idiot. Likewise, if you believe Bush and ####### had something to do with the sex scandals because they're Republican.
